What Schneidend said, and I just wanted to add that. The AMR is better at one-shot-one-kill sniping from a distance, while the normal sniper can be modded for silence, and both the Gobi and normal sniper rifles are better in the midst of combat due to their potential for guaranteed crits. As for which is better, the answer is neither. If the AMR is wobbling for you it's because you don't meet the Strength or Skill requirements, or your arms are broken.
i like the AM but i find it more difficult to hit things at range with it wich is anoying. The Sniper appears to have better accuracy/ stability, it's got some nice mods, its lighter and has better rate of fire, but lacks the raw power and selection of ammo that the AM has. The AM obviously has power but its heavy & it's ammo is heavy (and expensive), it appears to be less accurate/ it wobbles a lot more, it's unmodifiable and it has a slower rate of fire Was just wonderng what people think is better, the sniper rifle or the anti-material rifle.
